Two ferry operators now provide regular crossings between Auckland’s Downtown Ferry Terminal and Matiatia Wharf on Waiheke Island:

From Half Moon Bay (vehicle and passenger ferry)
SeaLink operates vehicle and passenger ferries from East Auckland’s Half Moon Bay to Kennedy Point on Waiheke. This is the best option if you want to bring your car. The trip takes just over an hour, and booking in advance is recommended, especially during busy periods.
Travel by Air
